Disclosures

The things a funding company ought to tell you plainly, gathered in one place.

Effective date: July 30, 2026

We are a broker, not a lender

Keystone Capital Group is a commercial finance intermediary. We do not originate loans with our own capital and we do not make credit decisions. Every financing decision is made by the third-party lender or capital source that ultimately funds your transaction, under their own criteria.

We are not a bank, savings institution, credit union or trust company, and deposits are not accepted. We are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency. SBA loan programs referenced on this site are administered by SBA-approved lenders.

Rates, terms and figures shown on this site

All rates, factor rates, points, loan amounts, terms, loan-to-value ratios, loan-to-cost ratios, advance rates, credit score minimums, timeframes and other figures presented on this website are illustrative ranges. They reflect the general market for the relevant product type and are provided to help you understand how each product typically works.

They are not quotes. They are not offers. They do not constitute a commitment to lend on any terms. Your actual terms will be presented to you in writing by the funding source and may differ materially from the ranges shown here.

Merchant cash advances are the purchase of future receivables and are quoted using a factor rate rather than an interest rate or APR. A factor rate is not an APR and is not directly comparable to one. The equivalent annualised cost of a merchant cash advance is typically substantially higher than the cost of a conventional term loan, and can be very high on short repayment periods. Consider this carefully before accepting an advance.

How we are compensated

On most transactions, Keystone Capital Group receives compensation from the funding source when a transaction closes. The amount varies by product, lender and transaction size. This means we have a financial interest in transactions closing, and you should weigh our recommendations with that in mind.

Where a fee is payable directly by you — which can occur on SBA packaging, structured transactions and certain larger commercial placements — it will be disclosed to you in writing before you sign any agreement. There is no cost to submit a request, to be reviewed, or to decline any offer presented to you.

Credit inquiries

Initial review of your request generally involves a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other lenders.

A hard credit inquiry may be performed by a lender once you elect to proceed with a specific offer. Hard inquiries may affect your credit score. You will be informed before a hard inquiry is made on your behalf.

Personal guarantees and collateral

Most small business financing requires a personal guarantee from owners holding 20% or more of the business. A personal guarantee makes you personally liable for the debt if the business does not repay it, and the lender may pursue your personal assets.

Secured financing places a lien on the pledged collateral. If the financing is not repaid according to its terms, the lender may seize and sell that collateral. Where real property is pledged, this may include foreclosure. Understand what you are pledging before you sign.

Availability and eligibility

Not all programs are available in all states or for all property types, industries or borrower profiles. Some programs carry state-specific restrictions or licensing requirements. We will tell you if a restriction affects your request.

Financing is subject to lender approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, and approval does not guarantee funding until all closing conditions are satisfied.

Client examples and testimonials

Client stories and outcomes described on this website are illustrative composites based on typical engagements. They are provided to show how a product works in practice and are not representative of results that any particular applicant should expect. Individual results vary based on creditworthiness, financial condition, collateral, lender underwriting and market conditions.

Not professional advice

The educational content on this site — including explanations of how products work, their advantages and their drawbacks — is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice and does not account for your circumstances. Consult your attorney, CPA or financial adviser before making financing decisions.

Equal opportunity

Keystone Capital Group does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. We expect the same of the lending partners we work with.
