Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business address, industry, entity type, approximate revenue figures, estimated credit range, funding amount requested, intended use of funds and any narrative details you choose to include.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view on this site. This is used to keep the site working correctly and to understand which content is useful.
If you proceed toward a specific financing offer, we or a lending partner may collect additional information necessary to underwrite the transaction, including bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, credit reports and identity verification documents.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry and to contact you about your funding request by telephone, email or text message.
To assess which of our funding programs you may qualify for, and to structure and package a submission on your behalf.
To submit your file to the specific lending institutions and capital sources we believe are a genuine match for your profile.
To comply with applicable law, including anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer and record-keeping obligations.
To improve this website and the quality of our service.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the lending institutions, funding sources and service providers who are actively considering or processing your request. This is the essential function of a finance intermediary — we cannot obtain offers for you without submitting your file.
We share information with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as form processing, email delivery and document storage. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, subpoena or regulatory request, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information to marketing companies, lead aggregators or data brokers.
Credit reports and inquiries
Initial review of your request generally involves a soft credit inquiry, which is visible only to you and does not affect your credit score.
A hard credit inquiry — which may affect your score — is only performed after you have reviewed specific offer terms and instructed us or a lender to proceed. You will be told before this happens.
Communications and consent
By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by Keystone Capital Group and its lending partners by telephone, email and SMS regarding your request, including at any number you provide, and including through automated dialling or prerecorded messages where permitted by law.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining financing. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. Transactional messages about an active application will continue.
Data retention and security
We retain application information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Certain information must be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep it.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with applicable privacy legislation may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage strictly necessary for the pages to function. We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
Children
This site and our services are directed to businesses and to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
