Who we are and what we do
Keystone Capital Group is a commercial finance intermediary. We are not a bank, a credit union, or a direct lender, and we do not lend our own funds. We arrange financing by structuring, packaging and submitting your request to third-party lending institutions and private capital sources.
Any financing you ultimately receive is provided by, and governed by the agreements of, the lender who funds it — not by Keystone Capital Group.
No offer of credit
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, commitment, or guarantee of credit. All rates, terms, amounts, timeframes, loan-to-value figures and qualification criteria shown are illustrative ranges reflecting typical market offerings at the time of publication.
Actual terms depend on lender underwriting, your creditworthiness, your financial condition, available collateral, program availability and prevailing market conditions. Terms are subject to change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify for financing, and not all applicants who qualify will receive the terms shown.
Business purpose only
All financing arranged through Keystone Capital Group is for business, commercial or investment purposes only. It is not intended for, and may not be used for, personal, family or household purposes. By submitting a request you represent that the financing sought is for a business purpose.
Your responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorised to submit the request on behalf of the business named.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to interfere with its operation or submit automated or fraudulent requests.
Fees
There is no cost to submit a request, to be reviewed, or to consider offers presented to you. On most transactions we are compensated by the funding source upon closing.
Where a fee is payable directly by you in connection with a specific transaction, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you enter into any agreement. You will never be charged a fee you have not been shown and agreed to in advance.
Third-party lenders and links
We do not control the underwriting decisions, products, pricing, service or conduct of any third-party lender. Your relationship with a lender is separate from your relationship with us, and their agreements govern that relationship.
